• Assist in coordination and development of joint co-management area (CMA) plans in the Shimoni-Vanga area for improved, integrated management of Kenya’s coastal and marine fisheries resources. As a project assistant i participated in data collection and management, GIS Mapping and identification  of common fishing ground and their habitats. • Project consultant in the development of a Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS) database for the inshore and offshore marine fisheries in Kenya (underdevelopment). • Marine Programme Support Consultant - The Programme Support  in the dissemination of strategic review findings, based on analysis and interpretation conducted under a previous consultancy from Nairobi, Kenya Worked in collaboration with the Programme Manager, Conservation Science & Design for FFI. FFI/EAWLS Project Documentary and activity photos in Kwale County, Kenya.

• Technical Support Consultant to determine Publications by Dr. Fridtjof Nansen and WIOMSA Publication online. Updating of WIOMSA Wikipedia page. Created WIOMSA Publications database including Dr Fridjof Nansen Publication WIOMSA Google Scholar Account, WIOMSA Wikipedia,Technical Report.

• Marine Programme Support Consultant for Participatory Impact Assessment for FFI-EAWLS project interventions since 2009 to 2015 in the South Coast Kenya. Design and developed the EAWLS/FFI Sub-committee Management Brochure. I developed data collection tools for Participatory Impact Assessment (Key Informants & Focus Group Discussion Questionnaires). I was tasked in refining and analyzing the data in order to address well-formulated questions, concerning problems of interest and the impact of the project in Kwale County, Kenya.

• Facilitated in implementation of Fish Aggregating Devices (FADS) Project. The pilot project introduces 4 FADS to the sea in Gazi-Msambweni area, Kwale County. Supported in coordinating activities in the implementing a UNDP -SGP funded project that was to establish and implement a marine co-managed area, Munje Conservation Area, Msambweni, Kwale County.

Currently, I possess a Business Information Technology degree from Mount Kenya University i have gained experience in sustainable conservation and management of marine ecosystem, with the use of scientific data analysis tools as a primary focus. Under COMRED, I have researched and authored analyses of a diverse range of research topics to include environmental conservation, social economic trends, and a comparison of the various value chain methods that might have an economic impacts of implementing these alternative livelihoods in the Kenyan Coastal communities. My knowledge of these issues is complemented by my econometric and statistical analysis skills, which include analysis of large data sets using Tableau, SPSS, Stata software.
