Member of bureau observers of
sub-committee on fish trade – FAO. FAO roster expert of the United Nations Emergency
Management Centre (EMC).
Member of the project between
cooperation between Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and
Lakes and Fish Resources Protection and development Agency (LFRPDA).
Member of the project between
cooperation between FAO and Lakes and Fish Resources Protection and development
Agency (LFRPDA).
Periodic follow-up and technical
examination of the health status of fish in hatcheries, farms, lakes, and
seas.
Supervising the import and export
of live fish and aquatic animals at the airports, mainly Cairo Airport &
Borg al-Arab Airport.
Frequent inspection and
continuous supervision at the field level for the governmental and private fish
farms.
Laboratory diagnosis for
different and most common fish diseases for giving appropriate treatment.
Participating in training courses
for improving skills and knowledge at the work level.
Cooperation with other related
institutes, such as the Animal Health Research Institute, for regular diagnosis
of seasonal and environmental fish diseases with credit results and exchanging
data and experience.
