Currently, Xavier leads high-impact initiatives focused on mangrove conservation and climate resilience, including the Manglares para el Clima project, supported by the Green Climate Fund, and the Dove Mangrove Initiative, a conservation project backed by Unilever and Conservation International. His expertise spans project design, execution, and fundraising, with a strong ability to bridge the gap between scientific research, policy development, and on-the-ground conservation action.
