Comment(s)
Living and working in the french caribbean island of Guadeloupe, I'm well aware of the most importance of a good if not great sustainable ocean management for our island territory. As a lawyer and project manager, I aim to fully understand the strategies and tools that can support local actors involved in implementing the necessary changes towards an efficient blue economy. That's the reason why I constantly look for upscaling my technical skills and sharing sharp info within dedicated communities, being in a small island that doesn't have open access to good educational resources in general, let alone specialized technical resources such as the high quality ones provided by Ocean Expert, particularly on line.
