Activities
The chief responsibility of my role is to receive, process and coordinate any and all consent applications for both overseas and internal MSR activities. This includes delivering efficient service to key stakeholders; including embassies, foreign governments and scientists. My role also includes accurate recordkeeping, adherence to UNCLOS in the furtherance of our work and upholding international standards. My role also necessitates ancillary tasks such as research for our national ocean strategy; attending trainings on ocean governance and delivering expertise in MSR and UNCLOS to my team with confidence. MSR is my chief area of work; I welcome further learning opportunities.
Skills
I have a legal education up to practitioner level and am a professional coordinator which organisational and legal expertise.
