From 2015 to 2020 I worked as a junior researcher at the Ministry of Affairs and Fisheries. I researched tuna fisheries in the Indian Ocean and contributed to the Research Fisheries Management Organizations such as the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC) and the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna (CCSBT). At this point, I conduct genetic population of tuna and tuna-like species research.
From 2020-2022 I take my master's degree at IPB University with the genetic population of Frigate tuna in Sumatera Waters as my thesis.
From 2022 until now I was moved by the government to the National Research and Innovation Agency Research Center for Conservation of Marine and Inland Water Resources.
