Activities
Daniele Dionisio da Silva is Adjunct professor and
researcher at the Institute of International Relations and Defense, Federal
University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is a researcher at the InterAgency
Institute and she was the co-founder of the Laboratory of Simulations and
Scenarios of the Brazilian Navy War College and Vice-coordinator of the
Laboratory of Studies of Security and Defense (LESD) of the IRID. Since 2016,
she has participated at the LESD as coordinator of the research group of
Security and Defense Management, conducting research about transnational crimes
and security management in maritime environment, such as in ports area, on
waterways, on EEZ. She teaches related themes of Security Management, such as
Public Security Policies; Risk Management; Logistics and Mobilization; and
Maritime Issues.
