I have researched the bioremediation of aquaculture wastewater through the development of marine bacteria and phytoplankton consortia. This research has given me insights into the impact of aquaculture practices along the Indian southwest coast and how to develop biological treatment in a sustainable method. I have also worked with seaweed-associated bacteria, and metal contamination in mollusks under various projects.

Microbial culturing, bioremediation experiment setups, water and sediment analysis, statistical software (SPSS, MVSP, CANOCO), data analysis, and scientific manuscript preparation.
