Marine Biology: -  Identification and biological study of major planktonic groups, Chlorophyll and Primary production estimation, analysis of water quality parameters, marine benthic sampling, and Marine plankton sampling, identification of Marine Birds, and Mammals. Carried out various environmental impact assessment  (EIA) studies in Lakshadweep islands, Maldive islands, Cochin Backwaters. 

Microbiology: - Microbiology tools and techniques, Staining, biochemical test and microscopy techniques for the identification of different bacterial strains and spores, Preparation and maintenance of pure culture, Isolation, Identification and characterization of microbes, Antibiotic and Enzymatic assay.

Instrument: - Microscopy, Electrophoresis, PCR, Filtration unit, Lyophilizer, UV-Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatography, HPLC and TOC.

Computer Skills and data analysis: MS Office and Linux OpenOffice, Origin, SPSS and Primer for statistical and ecological data analaysis, Adobe Photoshop, and lightroom.
