Manager of the French Phytoplankton and Phycotoxins Observation and Monitoring Network (REPHY), which is a national programme. Coordination, monitoring strategy, valorization and data spreading, international contacs. This monitoring has both environmental and sanitary objectives. For the environmental aspect (phytoplankton time series), it participates to the surveillance control for the European Directives (WFD and MSFD). For the sanitary aspect, the main problems are linked to Dinophysis and lipophilic toxins, to Alexandrium (minutum, catenella/tamarense) and PSP toxins, to Pseudo-nitzschia and ASP toxins.
