Summary | The objective of this report is to develop a statement of requirements, and an initial strategy for sustained global deep ocean observations; considering all Essential Ocean Variables, regions, and technologies - and extract a collection of high priority and feasible actions for the next 5-10 years. And, ultimately to provide a consensus document that aids in individual and national fundraising efforts for elements in support of a deep ocean observing system. |
