As an expert in marine and coastal environment management, my activities mainly cover the coordination of environmental programs and projects, integrated coastal planning and management, as well as the implementation of climate change adaptation measures.
I provide technical supervision and monitoring of projects, including the preparation of work plans, budgets, terms of reference and technical reports, while ensuring the quality of the studies carried out by the consultants. In addition, I contribute to the design and implementation of coastal management strategies and tools, in particular the Integrated Coastal Development and Management Plan, as well as in the strengthening of institutional and regulatory frameworks.
My activities also include the collection and analysis of environmental data, the monitoring of coastal risks, and the use of GIS and remote sensing for decision support. I play an important role in the consultation and mobilization of stakeholders, by organizing consultations, workshops and awareness-raising actions, in a participatory and inclusive approach. Finally, I conduct teaching and research activities, particularly in the fields of oceanology, integrated coastal zone management, coastal zone resilience, marine spatial planning and fishery and remote sensing.
